Bio

Saskia is a London-based Dutch voice talent with a unique European accent and multi-lingual skills which make her often a go-to voice for Northwestern European clients and global brands. After graduating from The London College of Music, she quickly learned the ropes of being a voice artist whilst presenting the Classic FM Weekend Breakfast Show and recording continuity for a Dutch sports channel. She enjoys building strong relationships with clients and is great fun to work with.

Her natural voice has a bright, honest, engaging and warm tone. She records from her home studio in West Hampstead as well as from studios in Soho for live directed sessions. Recently she’s been working at Monocle, a global audio service covering news, entrepreneurship, culture and design.

Apart from her voice over work, Saskia loves visiting her favourite city in Holland, Leiden, walking on Hampstead Heath, working in the garden and exploring London Art Galleries. She’s fluent in Dutch and English and speaks conversational German, French, Italian and Modern Greek.

Saskia’s clients include the BBC, Citibank, UEFA, Google, Heineken, Historic Royal Palaces, National Geographic Channel, EY’s Entrepreneur Awards, Wembley Stadium and UNESCO.

Fun fact: Whilst on holiday in Greece, she and her husband bought three ruins in a deserted mountain village on Corfu and turned it into a Boutique B&B. The village is now once again a thriving community with visitors from all over the world. The house and the village have won a TripAdvisor award and were featured in “The Greek Islands with Julia Bradbury” on ITV.
