Madalena Alberto is a Portuguese-born, London-based actress and voice artist, known for her bright, upbeat, and friendly vocal style. Fluent in both Portuguese and American-accented English, Madalena brings versatility, warmth, and character to every project she works on.

After completing a Dance and Performing Arts degree at Bird College, Madalena launched a celebrated career on stage and screen. She is best known for her critically acclaimed performance as Eva Perón in Evita at London’s Dominion Theatre. Her powerful voice and emotional range have made her a standout in musicals, dramas, and voiceover roles alike – including the voice of Jinx Johnson in 007 Legends video game.

Her extensive theatre credits include Fantine in the 25th Anniversary Tour of Les Misérables, Grizabella in Cats(London Palladium), Edith Piaf in Piaf (Leicester Curve), Gloria Fajardo in On Your Feet (London Coliseum & UK Tour), and Velma Kelly in Chicago (Ljubljana Festival). Other notable stage appearances include The Autumn Garden, Jekyll and Hyde, Aspects of Love, Carousel, Fame, and War of the Worlds at the Dominion Theatre.

On screen, Madalena played Julieta in the Portuguese hit TV series Amor, Amor, and most recently portrayed DEA Agent Gabriella Lunez in the second season of BBC’s The Gold. Additional TV credits include Holby City (BBC) and The Vote(Donmar Warehouse).
