Bio

Lucca is a Northern Actor originally from Warrington. He is based in London and is of mixed British-South Asian heritage.

His native accent is closest to a General Northern, but Lucca is highly proficient with Manchester, Yorkshire, Lancashire and other Northern based accents. Due to his work across the performing arts, Lucca is also proficient in American accents, especially General American and New York-specific accents. He is also proficient in London and RP accents. Lucca’s voice is relatable, fun, and confident.

Lucca trained at the Guildford School Of Acting on their Musical Theatre course. Since graduating, Lucca has worked consistently on stages across the country – He has worked at the Royal Shakespeare Company, Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre, National Theatre, Curve Theatre to name but a few. He was a member of the West End company of Mamma Mia! and originated the role of Kevin G in the West End transfer of Mean Girls at the Savoy Theatre. He’s also an accomplished concert singer, having sung at the Royal Albert Hall, Cadogan Hall and most recently as part of the company of Sondheim On Sondheim at the Alexandra Palace.

Lucca appeared as Omar in My Beautiful Laundrette for Leicester Curve supported by the National Theatre. For this role, he was nominated for the Asian Media Award for Outstanding Stage Performance and won the Eastern Eye ACTA Award for Best Actor for Stage.

Away from the industry, Lucca is a huge football and Manchester City fan.
