James is a neurodiverse Actor and writer originally from Portsmouth and based in London.

He has done the English dubbing for the Russian VR Short Film Trench. ThickSkin’s most recent tour of the play PeakStuff playing various offstage voices (Chichester Festival Theatre, UK Tour) and Akimbo’s production of Just Be Normal at the Vault Festival in 2023.

Outside of voiceover, he is also a multi-faceted artist having acted in theatre such as The Band Back Together (Arcola), The Sam Wanamaker Festival (The Globe), A Wake In Progress (Edinburgh Fringe, Fine Mess Theatre), Child of Science (Bush Theatre, Fertility Festival). As well as his screen credits including NOMAD (Feature Film), The Paramedics, You Got A Face On (Liftoff, Pinewood), Sweetheart (MetFilm School) and Murphy’s Law (Short).

Writing- Better Yet? was shortlisted for the Original Theatre Playwrighting Award for 2022 and is currently in development. His debut short film, PLAYM8, is also in production.

With his friendly and warm southern English accent, he offers a personable and honest delivery for audiobooks, branding and documentaries.
